He was predeceased by: his daughter Tiffany Lynn Carter; his son-in-law Jeremy Hays; and his brother Gordon Carter. He is survived by: his wife Robin Brown of Albion; his children, Greg Carter, Jr. of Kendallville, Tammi Hays of Kendallville and Jennifer Schlabach (Dillon) of Garrett; his grandchildren, Amanda Talbot, Shawn Bortner, Zachary Hays, Delylah Gaerte, Nathaniel Gaerte, Anna Schlabach, Jacob Carter, Kaylee Hall and Evan Carter; and his great grandchildren, Alissa Mickem, Andrew Nelson and Lucas Piper.
