With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Andrew Jackson of Albion, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 17, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew "Andy" Jackson and Ruby Grawcock; and his brother Lee Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Marilynn Johnson; his sons, Mark Jackson (Michelle) of Albion and Mike Jackson of Dorr; his sister Sandy Flack of Kendallville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Andrea, Anna, Alivia, Elli, Owen, Justin and Lynx; and his great grandchildren, Adleigh, Maely, Garrett, Wyatt and Reese.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM at the Harper Funeral Homes - Albion Chapel (771 Trail Ridge Rd, Albion, IN 46701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
