She was predeceased by: her parents, David Culp and Mary Culp (Casey); her brother David Culp; and her stepdaughter Kelly Tate. She is survived by: her husband Rick Wysong; her son Matthew Culp Maples; her brother Paul Culp; her stepchildren, Amy Mathews (Malachy), Jody Bolinger (Chad) and Richard Wysong (Christie); her grandchildren, Laurel Kanabel, Riley Ward, Lukus Bolinger (Sydney), Kyle Bolinger (Emma), Calvin Bolinger, Mason Wysong, Madox Wysong and Mila Wysong; and her great grandchildren, Liam and Alana.

Memorial donations may be given in memory of Katie to the Humane Society of Noble County.
