He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McCullough and Judith McCullough (Hire). He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan McCullough (Teresa) and Justin McCullough (Claire); and his siblings, Lani Elliott (Warren) and Lynn McCullough (Kathryn). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
