He is survived by: his parents, Henry Adam Kolb and Judith Ann Kolb (Applegate) of Albion; his mother-in-law Shana Anna Boggs; his wife Shana Kolb of Albion; his sons, Jasper Darnell Kolb, Aaron-Hayden Adam Kolb and Ryder J. Kolb; his adoptive son Codie Mumma of Garrett; and his brother Chad Garner of Columbia City.
