She is survived by: her husband Jay McCormick; her children, Sherri Wakefield (Chris), Jason McCormick (Vanessa), Amanda McCormick and Amy McCormick; and her sister Deb McCormick (Jerry). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson.
