He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Marshall and Bonnie Marshall (Coe); his siblings, Glen Marshall, Jimmy Marshall and Vivian Edwards; and his nephew Tony Forker.

He is survived by: his brother Steven Marshall of Albion; and his sibling's children, Steven L Marshall of Albion, Kelly Forker of Albion, Cheryl Mangan (Steve) of Columbia City and Deb Straub (Jim) of Columbia City.
