He is survived by: his wife Carol Mae Optholt; his daughter Cheryl Adams (Carl) of St Petersburg, Florida; his daughter-in-law Wanda Sleeper of Albion, Indiana; his brother Robert Teller (Margo) of Bradenton, Florida; and his grandchildren, Bryan Adams, Jennifer Adams, Erik Adams, Kirk Adams, Joshua Sleeper, Chelsea Sleeper, Zachary Sleeper, Jessica Ganske, Jimmy Ganske and Justin Ganske.
