We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Robert Placido Jr. of Albion, Indiana, born in Marion, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Robert is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Robert's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas and Madeline Weigand (Pace); and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Placido and Nancy Placido (Weigand); his son Tyler Skinner (Kayla Watts); his grandson Weston Skinner; and his sisters, Donna Pedersen (Eric) and Kathy Brown (Nancy Savage). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Homes - Albion Chapel (771 Trail Ridge Rd, Albion, IN 46701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harper Funeral Homes to assist with the funeral expenses. Please consider making a donation to raise funds to cover final expenses.
