He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Cullen and LaFriedda Cullen (Worley); his wife Orpha Cullen (Hannah); his son Barry Cullen; and his siblings, Joan Allen and Gary Cullen.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Meadows of Hartford City and Kevin Cullen (Susan) of Granger; his grandchildren, Brad Thurston (Glenn) of Hartford City, Heather Melton (David) of Eaton, Hanna Kelley (Trevor) of Muncie, Kristopher Cullen (Emily) of Muncie, Molly Brashear (Josh) of Anderson and Whitney Schroder (Scott) of Kalamazoo, Michigan.; and his great grandchildren, Huck Brashear, Amelia Schroder, Kaitlyn Cullen, Logan Melton, Charles Melton and Zachary MeltonSeveral.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Noffze Funeral Home (501 N Harrison St, Alexandria, IN 46001). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
