He was predeceased by : his parents, Glen R Lemon and Mamie Lemon (Langford); his son Donald Michael Lemon; and his siblings, Robert Lemon, Gene Lemon and Eileen Scott.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley R. Lemon (Lugenbeal); his children, Marilyn Garmon (Perry), Carolyn Smith (Jeff), Bradley Lemon (Patty) and Brian Lemon (Nicole); his grandchildren, Bethany Lemon, Haley Harris, Robert Lemon and William Lemon; his great grandchildren, Cayden, Asher and Mason; his sister Linda Lawson; and his sister-in-law Betty Lemon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
