He is survived by: his parents, Roger Kemp, Jr. (Barbara) and Carol Kemp-Learned (Stratman); his wife Jasmine Kemp (Miller); his children, Austin Turpen, Anthony Discordia (Danielle), Toby Carroll, Raylee Kemp, Mikaelya Seals and Auryon Seals; and his siblings, Robert J. Walker, Roger W. Kemp III (Amber), Kathleen Kemp, Julie Klaserner (Rodney), Cynthia Kauffman (Marvin), Joy Ellingwood, Megan Kemp, Michelle Del Busto (Michael) and Melanie Hensley (Lige).
