She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Allen and Joan Allen (Cullen); and her brother Terry Allen. She is survived by : her husband Jerry W. Devine; and her sons, Randy Devine (Rachelle) of Anderson and Bill Devine (Ivan) of FortvilleDaughter-Tammy. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
