She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Pesch and Eva Pesch (Hamilton); her husband Porter Leon Willoughby; her children, Ottis F. Willoughby, Leweldon Willoughby, Rocky Willoughby and Myra Willoughby; and her siblings, Forest Pesch, Lester Pesch, Lane Pesch and June Frederick.
She is survived by: her sons, William A. Jacobs III (Lynn) of Anderson and Dennis R. Willoughby; her grandsons, Tony Jacobs (Tonya) of Elwood and Alan Jacobs (Katherine) of Haubstadt; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Jacobs of Avon, Gabrielle Jacobs and SSgt Aaron (Nicole); her great great grandchild Emily Faye Jacobs of Avon; and her brother Robert Pesch (Rosa) of Russellville, Kentucky.
