He is survived by: his wife Pam Lewis (Hunter); his children, William Travis Lewis of Elwood, Toflay Goe (Ellen) of Elwood, Patricia Hood (Jimmy) of Elwood and Brandy Slayton of Celina; and his brothers, Mike Mitchell of ElwoodSpecial Friend and Walter Minniear (Donna) of ElwoodSpecial Friend.
Due to unforeseen financial circumstances, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Owens Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
