She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Fish and Marguerite Fish (Ferguson); her husband Harold Douglas; her sons, Stephen Douglas and Glen Douglas; her stepson Rex Douglas; and her siblings, Phyllis Deloach, Vivian Adams, Carol Ryan Levi, Nona Roberts, Rodger Fish and Leonard Fish.

She is survived by: her sons, James Clifford Douglas of Muncie, David Douglas (Teresa) of Muncie and Rick Douglas of Frankton.
