He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Fullen and Martha Fullen (Hunter); his brother Ray Fullen; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Fullen; and his siblings-in-law, George Walt, John Bosley, Greg Lindley and Rose Mary Fullen.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Faye Fullen; his children, Angie Fullen (Rick), Lori Lakes and Jason Fullen (Jennifer); his sisters, Nina Lee Bosley, Margaret Ann Walt, Marcella Lindley, Marilyn Leahigh (Don) and Linda Sawyer (John); and his grandchildren, Nick Lakes, Mandy Lamoureux (Stevie), Tanner Wilson (Alex), Kiley Devine (Wyatt) and Kendra Fullen. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, numerous nieces and nephews.
