She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Higbee and Emma Lou Higbee; her husband Charles "Chuck" Morehead; her brother Don Higbee; and her grandson David "Tyler" Hinkle.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Brenda) and Karin Kiefer (Jeff); her grandchildren, AJ Rosengarten, Samuel, Anna Morehead and Jessica Redden (Rob); and her great grandchildren, Leia Hinkle, Isabella Burgeson, Caroline and Victoria Redden.
