Benjamin Scott Engle Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2025, at the age of 21, Benjamin Scott Engle (Anderson, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Benjamin Scott may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joyce Engle, Debbie and Harry Barnes; his uncle Andy Barnes; and his great-grandparent Paâ.

He is survived by: his parents, Wendy Engle and Jason Engle; Wendy Werner and Kim Sappenfield. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins, along with special friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Ben’s honor to the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Cincinnatiâ€though flowers are welcome as well.
