She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Reno and Nettie B. Reno (Bishop); her former husband Lester I. Brown; her children, Mary Ellen, Belinda Gayle, Jonathan Wayne and Lester Brown; her siblings, Charles Reno (Margaret), Christine Watson (Thomas) and Rosemary Horn; her son-in-law Terry Holman; and her great grandchild Crew Peters.
She is survived by: her husband Harley Phipps; her children, Jeffrey Brown (Tina) and Lori Holman; her grandchildren, Leslie Wallace, Jenna Brown, Derrick Brown, Dillon Brown (Manda), Andrea Yang (Thomas), Brittany Brown (Justin Wright), Maddox Brown, Bethany Peters (Tanner) and TJ Holman (Abby); her great grandchildren, Kaylee Gray of Valerie Yang, JC, Hazel Holman, Alistair Holman, Primrose Holman, Nolan Peters, Brewer Peters, Kyler Atkinson, Conner Strunck and Kelley Fugate; her siblings, Earl Reneau (Linda), Roger Reneau (Heather), John Reneau (Karen) and Marion; and her daughter-in-law Diann Brown.
