He was predeceased by: his wife BeaAnne Leever; his parents, Harold Leever Sr. and Brittie Marté Harless-Smith; and his siblings, Harold Leever Jr., Gary Leever and Phyllis Eldridge.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Ravage, Jerry Leever (Amy) and Lisa Leever; his grandchildren, Derek Keesling (Nichole) and Jo Leever (Caitlin); and his great grandchild Colton Keesling. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
In honor of Billy's life and legacy, memorial contributions may be made to the Chesterfield American Legion Post 408.
