He was predeceased by: his parents, Merril Truman Gordon and Clima Carr; and his siblings, Steve Boyer, David Gordon, Brian Gordon and Althea Reeves.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Gordon; his children, Daisha Peek (Kwuan), Daidra Jagger (Jarred) and Devoney Gordon (Jason); his grandchildren, Skyler (Bridget), Christina, Kryztal, Kenzi, Devin, Landon, Little Mikey, Jayvon, Jayisha, Jaycion and Zaxtyn; and his siblings, Danny Boyer (Mary), Dollie Merritt and Jane Gordon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
