He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Maxwell and Sarah Maxwell; his son Larry Maxwell; his grandson Joseph Levi Maxwell; and his siblings, Archie Maxwell, Jr., Marcus Maxwell, Frank Maxwell, James Maxwell, Martina Fouse and Betty Ellen Kessler.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Maxwell; his daughters, Cindy Helms (Danny), Susan Maxwell (Mark Grant) and Brenda Day (Tony); and his friend Erik Brooks. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson; several nieces and nephews; and his special friend.
