He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry G. Madison and Lois Ford Madison; and his brother Daryl Madison. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Madison; his children, Randall Madison (Kelly) and Cynthia Hunter; his grandchildren, Ava Madison, Joshua Hunter, Chase Hunter, Isabel Madison and Samantha Madison; and his cousins, Anne Harper (Gerald), Phyllis Morrison and Barbara Madison.
