With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol Frances Tonyes of Anderson, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Hazard and Edna Mae Elkins (Lewis); her husbands, John James Tonyes and Lee Walden; her daughter Deborah Lynn Shuck; her brothers, Stanley Knecht and William Knecht; and her son-in-law Paul Haskins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Haskins of Knox and Donna Patterson of Anderson; her grandchildren, Shay Haskins, Chris Waymire, Jason Waymire, Jesse Waymire, Todd Patterson (Lisa), Hope Foley (Rod), Kasi Decker (Steve), Nikki Viurquiz (Antonio) and Ryan Patterson (Hannah); and her stepsons, Mike Tonyes (Debby) and Bradley Tonyes. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bozell Funeral Homes, Lapel Chapel (1010 Main St, Lapel, IN 46051). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
