She was predeceased by: her father Jim Vauble; her son-in-law William Steaveson; and her sister-in-law Carol Reason. She is survived by: her mother Darlene Vauble; her husband David Layman; her brother Jim Vauble, Jr.; her daughters, Kristy Steaveson, Mandy Hickey and Jenny Hickey; and her stepchildren, Brian Cohen (Rachel), Brian Layman, Robby Layman (Stacy) and Abrina Harrison (Matt). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
