He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Crouse and Violet Crouse; his daughter Dawn Crouse; his siblings, George, Benjamin Van Osdol, Albert, Pete, Eddie, Kenny Crouse, Lee Moffitt, Pat Sherer, Janette, Mary Crouse, Madonna Van Osdol and Ella Berman; his parents-in-law, Billy and Eula Pierce; his brother-in-law Jesse Green; and his son-in-law Larry Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Crouse; his children, Michelle Drechsler (Larry), Wendy Cook (Bill Sigler) and Michael Crouse; his grandchildren, Jake Drechsler, Liv Drechsler, Britney Banks (Bryan), Stephen Polisky and Cameron Matthews; his great grandchildren, Conner and Lucas; his siblings-in-law, Danny Green, Sondra Green and Patty Crouse; and his close friends, Steve Wehrly and Mike Hester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
