He is survived by: his wife Victoria Looper; his children, Earl Keith II (Clare) and Ginger Rambis (Chris); his caregiver Becki Brown (Kenny); his grandchildren, Sarah Vanderheyden (Austin), Rachel Jozaites, Earl Keith III (Chloe), Christopher Manawat, Nichole Stevens, Erin Rambis, Jordan Doll, Molly Norman (Bobby), James Brown (Lynsey), Amanda Landaker, Lindsey Sidwell, Ashley Watt and Ericka Etherington; his great grandchildren, Leo Jozaites, Tess Josaites, Holden Vanderhayden and Daphne Keith; and his brother Bobby Looper (Claudia).
