He was predeceased by : his parents, Franklin E. Rhorer and Virginia Rhorer (Allison); his stepmother Marie Rhorer; his stepdaughter Michelle "Shelly" Gomez; and his nephew Steve Rhorer.

He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Rhorer (McKelvey); his daughter Angela Miller (Darin); his grandchildren, Kaylin Wells, Ashley Tremain (James) and Schyler Altherr; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Logan, Jacob, Marley Wells, Kirra, Kiara Riley, Mya and Alia Tremain; his siblings, Frank Rhorer (Paula) and Frances Wehlage (Greg); and his niece Kim.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kingston Ave. Baptist Church, Anderson.
