He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lupton and Esther Lupton (Ries); his in-laws, Mary Bell Mumma (Hitchcock) and Eugene Mumma; his son Mark Lupton; his brother Dan Lupton; his sister-in-law Shirley "Joan" Lupton (Tharp); and his niece Pam Crider (Lupton).
He is survived by: his wife Melva; his daughter Amy Boakes (Lupton); his son-in-law Trevor Boakes; his grandsons, Mark Boakes and Adam Boakes (Abi Boakes); his great grandchild Atlas Boakes; his daughter-in-law Tami Lupton Dunn (Moser); his sister-in-law Diane Atkins (Mumma); and his nieces and nephews, Greg Lupton, Tim Lupton, John Linn, Cherise Heinen (Linn) and Katie Holland (Linn).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ (815 S Concord Rd, Oconomowoc, WI 53066). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
