He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Gerald Phillippe and Elsie F. Veatch. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Phillippe; his children, Amy Anesi (Anthony), Dean Miller (Carol) and Debra Miller; his grandchildren, Nathan Miller (Amy), Abigail Zakhary (George), Marguerite and Adeline Kosterman; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Zakhary, Rebecca and Naomi.
