She was predeceased by: her father Robert Guenthenspberger; and her brother Darryl Blankinship. She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Guenthenspberger; her husband Timothy Lamb; her son Ryan Hornback; her brothers, Dana Blankinship (Debra) and Dave Guen; her grandchildren, Norah and Timmy Hornback; and her sister-in-law Regina Pagano (Joe). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
