He was predeceased by: his father Gary Dean Smith; and his grandparents, Paul Hardwick, Osby and Nora Smith. He is survived by: his mother Teresa Smith (Hardwick) of Lewisville; his son Aiden Noah Smith; his siblings, Carrie Hardwick (Jeff Banks) of Indianapolis and Gary Smith (Brandi Logan) of Carthage; and his grandmother Linda Hardwick of New Castle. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
