We are sad to announce that, on November 1, 2025, at the age of 77, Edward E. Batts of Anderson, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edward and Martha L. Batts (Osborn). He is survived by: his wife Janette Batts (Tietsort); his children, Barbara Muedano (Charlie), Nathan Batts, Magan Batts, Jeremy Byrne (Anita), Joel Byrne (JoEllen), John Huther (Jennifer) and Jack Huther (Taeier); and his siblings, Ronald P. Batts (Linda) and Marty Campbell (Keith). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and many lifelong friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Lapel Stony Creek Township Fire Territory for the EMS fund, 8871 West 200 South, Lapel, Indiana 46051.
