She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Vinyard and Frances Vinyard; her husband Edward L. Carter; and her siblings, Mary, Alice, Kenneth, Maxine and Betty June.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn McDole (Dale); her grandchildren, Nathan Hensley (Sarah) and Shana Gallaway (David); her great grandchild Sam Hensley; her brother-in-law Harry Carter; and her nephew Shawn Carter.
Memorial contributions may be given to Christ Lutheran Church.
