She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Dale Fraley; her parents, Joseph Rawlin and Margaret Rawlin; and her siblings, Faith Wilson, Ruth Wilson, Wesley Rawlin, Hubert Rawlin, Bill Rawlin, Beulah Rawlin, Ella Rawlin and Connie Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Shea Fraley, Beth Mollet (John) and John David Fraley; her grandchildren, Andrea Beeman, Allie Fraley, Adam Fraley, Erika Kiphart and Samuel Kiphart; her great grandchildren, Ragan Fraley, Kade McClain, Kyle McClain, Ariah Fraley, JennaGrace Ganley, Jake Kiphart and Scarlett Kiphart; her siblings-in-law, Alice Rawlin, Kathy Rawlin and Bill Wilson; and her close friends, Doris Benzenbower, Moe and Max Estes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family through the funeral home to fulfill Gwen's Servant's Heart of helping those in need.
