She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Boelke and Lillian Boelke; her husband Robert Reitz (Bob); her son Larry; her sister Harriet; her brother-in-law Beverly Anderson; her brother Glenn Boelke; her siblings-in-law, Mariann Nieman, Jan Boelke, Sandy Reitz, Alfred and Gordon Reitz; and her son-in-law Brian Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Lou Ann Huey (Gregg) and Laura Lee Thomas (Bob Hittle); her grandchildren, Kasey Nunn (Jessie), Kyle Thomas (Jessica), Jared Dietzen (Ana), Gregg Huey, John Huey (Abbey) and Megan Hughey (Marshall); her brother Gordon Boelke; and her siblings-in-law, Fred Nieman, Fran Kaefer and Eula Boelke. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service (229 S Rangeline Rd, Anderson, IN 46012). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
