He is survived by: his children, Tonya Vorisek (Chris) and Greg Burke (Lisa); his caregivers, Missy, Jason, Brady and Kaleb Alumbaugh; his sister Judy Gulley; his niece Cedar Shoultz; his grandchildren, Ryan Burke (Hannah), T. J. Burke, Katie Clark (Jay), Loren Burke, Josh Burke (Cain), Noah Vorisek, Sean Vorisek and Mikayla Bilbrey; his sisters-in-law, Vicky Wise, Beverly Vaughn (Charles), Dixie Shaffer, Thelma Teeters and Pat Schuyler (Merrill); and his close friends, Darrell and Judy Haines (family: Sandy Tucker, Ron Fannin, Dick Fannin, Jackie Logan, Candi Crye). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
