He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Francis and Alice Francis (Hoctor); and his wife Della Francis (Fuson). He is survived by: his children, Teresa Fralick, Merrit Francis and Mary Alison Majors; his grandchildren, Brittany Smith, Zachary Wolfe, Breanna Wolfe, Mason Wolfe and Hannah Wolfe; his sister Judy Compton (Wendell); and his girlfriend Sharon Gossage. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
