She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Smith and Lois Smith (Priest). She is survived by: her husband Dr. Jerry Grubbs; her children, Kimberly Farlow (David) and Keith Grubbs; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Grubbs; her sisters, Annette McIntyre (Don) and Sylvia Goyne; and her grandchildren, Matthew Farlow (Sarah), Daniel Farlow (Amy), Timothy Farlow, Josh P. Tellez, Larissa Sturm (Scott), Jessica Morgan, Katie Hutzel (Kyle), Olivia Glanz (Tyler) and Brendan Grubbs. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions to honor her life and legacy may be made to the Heart to Honduras ministry she loved so much.
