He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Levi (Terri Emmerling) and Wynn Levi; his brother Jake Emmerling (Erin); his grandmother Pamela Johnson; his former wife Kari Garner; and his cousin Chelsea Whiteaker (Kyle Pruitt). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be given to Riley Hospital for Children.
