He is survived by: his brother Joshua Otto (Anne); his stepfather Daniel Otto (Wendy); his nieces, Rebekah (Mason), Breeden and Jenna Otto; his cousin Vicki Ashby; his friend Marsena Thomas; and his aunt Sandra Hisle.
