He was predeceased by: his brother Norman. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mitchell (Mathis); his daughters, Sheri Dotson (Greg), Shandra Holbrook (Jeff) and Shellie Greene (Shawn); and his sister KayAnn Kurtz. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
