She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter D. Carpenter and Ruby M. Carpenter; her husband Russell Franklin (Gene); her son Russell Franklin Jr. (Russ); her son-in-law Rick L. Brough; her granddaughter Lyndsey Franklin; and her brothers, Gerald and David Carpenter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Candy Greenlee, Ruby Swingley (John), Laurie Brough and Anna Addison; and her daughter-in-law Jennifer Franklin. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
