With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Friend of Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on July 26, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas N. Kenyon and Bettie W. Kenyon (Whitenack); and her siblings, Arvin Byrd and Nancy Stewart. She is survived by: her husband George William; her daughter Kelly Friend (Lora) of Ft. Wayne; her sister Katherine Humbles (Larry) of Anderson; her grandchildren, Braydon Friend and Aubrey Friend; her sibling's children, Madison, Lindsay and Matthew Humbles; and her friend Crystal Eads.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel (515 E 53rd St, Anderson, IN 46013). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bozell Funeral Homes, Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel (515 E 53rd St, Anderson, IN 46013).
