He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Hopper and Barbara Hopper (Slack); and his siblings, Danny Hopper and Christy Barger. He is survived by: his wife Leigh Ann Hopper; his children, Christopher Sexton, Perrianne Miles (Christopher), Rachel Castor, Jedadiah Hopper (Laura), Jesse Hopper (Sierra), Shawntel Hopper (Tre), Ashley Witham (Dru) and Brittney Richwine (Kyle); his grandchildren, Avery, Asher, Alijah, Amiya, Aydin, Isaiah, Katelyn, Serenity, Abbygail, Myrabell, Malaki, Tevin, Armoni, Ahna, Perry, Adeline, Jesse Jr., Eddy and Everly; his great grandchild Payslee; and his sisters, Patrice Hinshaw (John) and Sheila Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel (515 E 53rd St, Anderson, IN 46013). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at the Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Richland Township Fire Department or Madison County 4-H.Kerry Hopper may have left this world, but his legacy of love, kindness, and adventure will continue to inspire all who knew him.
