We bid farewell to Linda L. Pitcock of Anderson, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 7, 2025 at the age of 77. Linda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Hallstein and Lili Hallstein (Navarre); her brother Robert Hallstein; her mother-in-law Ruth Musick; and her sister-in-law Judi Bates.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Butterfield (Brent Johnson) of Pendleton and Barbara Pitcock of Anderson; her siblings, Connie Dawes of West Frankfort, IL and Duane Hallstein (Sara) of Brookville, OH; her grandchildren, Heather May of Anderson, Megan Dile (Alex) of Covington, KY, Aaron Carter (Annelle) of Anderson and Braxton Carter of Anderson; her great grandchildren, Hayden Jones, Amiri Peterson and Cassius Carter; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Etchison of Anderson, Patty Mundy of Elwood and Gary Musick of Greenville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service (229 S Rangeline Rd, Anderson, IN 46012). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Madison County Humane Society.
