She was predeceased by : her parents, Shirley Belangee and Francis Belangee (O'Dell); her husband Harold W. Brown; and her siblings, Moletia, Helen and Dick.

She is survived by : her sons, Dan Brown (Anne) of Monteagle, TN and David Brown (Christine) of Anderson; her grandchildren, Danny Brown Jr. of Anderson, Matthew Wayne Brown (Joy) of Cape Coral, FL and Jessi York (Wyatt) of Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Gage Brown (Samantha) of Elwood, Addison Brown of Mooresville, NC, Owen and Laila York of Anderson.
