She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert Elliott and Harriett Elliott (White); her husband William Passwater; her daughter Teresa Sue Bale; her grandson Tyler Bale; and her great great grandchild Maxwell Winston.
She is survived by: her daughter Ginger Alexander (Jim) of Anderson; her son-in-law Tom Bale of The Villages, FL; her grandchildren, Janet Newsom (Sidney) of Bradenton, FL and Steve Alexander (Julie) of Yorktown; and her great grandchildren, Pearson Winston (Marquez) of Anderson, Ellie Alexander of Yorktown, Lea Alexander of Yorktown and Maria Alexander of Yorktown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service (229 S Rangeline Rd, Anderson, IN 46012). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to Chesterfield Christian Church.
