She is survived by: her husband Robert Tyson; and her children, James Neubauer, Amy McPherson, Lauresa Garnett, Troy Tyson and Sharon Farley. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a donation to the American Cancer Society in her honor.
